• Existing Orders: All valid orders confirmed, placed or contracted before the effective date will be executed at the original contractual prices and will not be affected by this adjustment.
• New Orders: All new orders under negotiation, confirmed or placed from the effective date shall be executed at the latest adjusted prices.
